Rain Sat - Austin April Meeting?
Guys,
Would anyone want to switch to Sunday on the possibility of it being nice out? No offense, but I for one am not nearly as interested in getting together out at the lake if I can't drive my car. Love the idea, hate it?? |

I have a plane to catch at 2:30 on Sunday. Don't think I could make it. I would be free next weekend, however. I agree that it wouldn't be the same without bringing the Cobra.

I'm pretty much tied up the next several weekends plus we'd be treading on someone else's months.
I think we should just make it a standing policy of these monthly meets that if rain creeps into the forecast its understood to automatically move to the following Sat. In this case I'll be out of town next Sat, but that shouldn't stop us from adopting this. Thoughts? |

I can't make it on Sundays, Church and Sunday School activities. In addition, we're baby sitting our grandson Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. Since I have May and June, I'll see everyone next month (3rd Saturday of the month) at the Oasis. |
I have a previous engagement on Sunday. Its raining now (Friday 2:10pm).

I say we cancel this thing. I love you guys and all, but doggonit I want to DRIVE MY COBRA and since I still have things I can work on (as most of you do), why don't we use our rain-out day to work on our cars? That's my plan anyway. If the rest of you would like to head out to C&C's please go & have fun! This is a big bummer for me as I was *really* looking forward to this one.
