Time to get active!

Relatively new to the Club, but a victim of Snakebite for a loooooong time.

No Snake in the garage. Yet. But hoarding my bucks to make it happen, and the sooner the better!

Planning on heading to Ypsilanti for SAAC 29 and wondering who else has some plans to attend.

Got a bunch of most excellent prints I'm planning on selling, and going to buy/sell some diecasts and other doodads while I'm there salivating.

Would like to hear from fellow members....feel free to drop a line at jimgrant@texas.net or cobrajim@sbcglobal.net. Either one works!

Best regards,

Jim Grant

Thanks for the reply!

Finally decided that I wasn't going to get the full monty sittin' on the sidelines!

Anxious to hear from other members, get some meet info, etc etc., and get involved.

Plenty to learn before I start parting with shekels to feed the habit

Regards,
JHG

p.s. Going to attach a JPG of one of the prints I have to market. I still have some of these. All the signed/numbers are gone, I thinnk. About 26 x 20 on smooth, acid-free stock. Also have some Vipers, Porsche, and a bunch of Euro cars.

Later.....

Welcome Sir. Just comb these threads, it won't take long to catch on to what's going on.

Hey, did I just admit that we're pretty predictable and easy to figure out? Nah!!!

and she was a great ol' gal...;) Welcome Jim, you will find there is a good bunch of folks around here. I recently attended the Fun Ford Weekend at Houston Raceway Park and toured the show car arena. Man there was plenty of great lookin cars around there. I saw a black FFR that was show stopping. It was something spectacular. Fellow named James I think from the Cypress area. He did an awesome job with his ride and I'm sure he is very proud of the finished product. The funniest thing about it though, as soon as he pulled into his selected space at the car show, a guy walks up to take a gander and got snake bit. I can't wait for my turn. :D My engine at USA Racing should be done soon and then its on to the tranny rebuild. Slowly but surely I'm gonna get there. Everyone have a wonderful week. P. Jones.
