Well the "Cat's Out Of The Bag" as we had our August breakfest this am and the locals now know, GT 40!

THE ESSEX WIRE GT-40 IS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES. I HOPE SNAKEYES GAVE YOU ALL OF THE HISTORY AND MAGAZINE ARTICLES AND HISTORY OF THE CAR. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE CAR AGAIN. MAYBE IF I CAN FINALLY MAKE A TCC DALLAS MEETING.

That car was the only thing helping me find OUR car in Austin. I knew where Alan was parked in the first round of parking (facing the hotel) but when 70 cars pulled around the other direction I was lost. And MY there are a lot of blue w/ white stripe Cobras out there. ;) So as long as I could find the GT40 I was A-OK. :D
I'm rather excited to have it in the neighborhood. Alan and I were discussing dessert nights last night and he wondered if Monica was going to make it when you get the A/C fixed. |
