Houston Meeting 8-07 @ Willies
Is anyone going to make the Houston meeting tomorrow at Willes Ice House on Hwy 6 @ Hwy 90 A?
I will be there with my spec racer at about 12:15 or so. Anyone else coming? Terry |
Terry, I think the Houston Cobra club meeting is at Hooters near Kirby on the 14th...is this a meeting of another car club?

What happened to the rotation that had been set up with the TCC at Willies, Sundance and somewhere up north for the meetings? Is Hooter's the only place that TCC is going to meet now? I thought the regular meetings were on the first Sat. of the month like they were last year. I know that some of the Factory Five drivers were going to get together at Willies at Hwy 6 @ Hwy 90 A tomorrow. I just figured everyone would be there as they have been in the past. Guess I was wrong? Anyway "some of us" (hopefully) are meeting there tomorrow for lunch. Come on out, OK? Regards, Terry |
Houston meetings have always been on the 2nd saturday of every month.
you might want to jump onto the houstoncobraclub yahoo group. That seems to be were most of the Houston chat takes place. may see you over at willies |
I drove from Katy, only to have lunch by myself ....at least I got a nice long drive in the Cobra on a nice day...
Hope next time people will actually show up. I'll try and make the Hooters this sat if possible. |

I had planned on it up until yesterday, sorry to hear no one showed up. Hey Barry, it was nice meeting you the other night. Maybe one Saturday evening some of the guys around us can get together. I hear on Sturday eveings there is a car show at the Walmart, or is it Sams, at Hwy 6 & I-10.

Barry, we're at my parents house for dinner so I'm not sure when I'll be back. If we get back in time I will try and make it over. If not, I should be able to next Saturday.

Ya'll in my neck of the woods -- never realized being so new that ya'll were close. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for upcoming events and make sure it meets my schedule.
