2005 TCC Spring Meet Hotel Reservations
Our 2005 TCC Spring Meet will be held on March 17th (Thursday) through the 19th (Saturday). Early arrivals can make reservations for March 16th (Wednesday) and receive the TCC group rate.
The Marriott Hotel is giving us a group rate of $89.00/night. I may be able to help if anyone needs a hotel room.
Due to circumstances beyond my control - dammit - I won't be able to attend this weekend's festivities - dammit! So, I have an $89.00 hotel room available, if anyone still needs lodging. It's from Thursday through Saturday. Drop me an email at fvrice@fedex.com , or call me on my cell at 901-485-0098. If we're going to do this, I suggest we BOTH get on a conference call to the Marriott people so we won't have any problems with someone fumbling behind the scrimmage line...if ya catch m'drift. If I don't hear from anyone by Wednesday morning, I'll call and just cancel my reservations. Sorry I won't be making it.. dammit!...but, things just haven't worked out like I had planned...dammit! :( |
Late Hotel Reservations
Those of you who are still trying to book rooms at the Marriott can do so at the TCC group rate.
1. Book your rooms for $109 per night. 2. Email Jim Coppedge (see below) your name, dates booked, and tell him that you are a TCC member requiring the $89 per night group rate. Copy me on your email. jim.coppedge@marriott.com csoltko@hotmail.com 3. Jim Coppedge will have your room rate adjusted prior to check out. 4. Keep a copy of your email in case of any problems. |
cobra club rate
Ed, can we get the reduced rate for Thursday night also. I already have Fri & Sat night, but when I tried to reserve extend to Thu night they wanted $165, and said the CC rate was not available.
