Looking for a New Ford Vehicle

To Texas Cobra Club Friends,

Interested in a new Ford F250 to pull your trailer. Don't let GMs new idea, Buy at employee pricing, fool you. This price is actually higher than what they were offering with their old incentives prior to launch the, Buy at Employee Pricing. Several state's AGs are all ready filing class action suits. Ford has some great specials and with some of our programs we are much deeper than GM.

I have to admit that GM's new program to offer employee pricing is driving a lot of folks that way. Guess people just like something new.

Ford's pricing is actually better with their incentives and some of their employee programs like X plan, on top of that, really drops below GM.

Example of some current incentives that are available:

2005 F150 - $ 3,000 cash or 0% for 60 months

2005 Explorer - $ 5,000 cash or 0% for 60 months

2005 Lincoln LS - $ 3,000 cash or 0% for 60 months

2005 Mercury Mountaineer - $ 5000. cash or $ 1,000 cash and 0% for 60 months

As always see your local Ford and/or LM dealership who can tell you all the incentives.

Don't buy a Focus. I did, a few months ago and it's been nothing but trouble. My Ford dealership told me if I brought it back again they would have me arrested.

Good on you Gary, for offering to help friends, and I liked your reminder, but I don't think anyone ever notices what forum they're responding too.

Like me, I usually hit "new posts since last visit", which causes all new posts to pop up, and I don't pay much attention to what forum it's on.

The best way to avoid all the CC chatter is to get your own website for the TCC............until then, prepare to endure the interruptions.

Gary, Thanks, for the offer, I don't need another vehicle today but thinking about a new F250. Later, db

Don,

Just let me know if and when you are ready to buy!

Way to go Gary!

Now,
This is what friends are for, fellow TCC members! Gary helped me two years ago with my F250 6.0 PSD with an X plan and I cn tell you that it was the best deal I could have found anywhere!
I purchased in September , 2003 and saved over $6500 in incentive $$ off the x plan price ( the x plan cost is printed in the sticker- you just have to look)!
I hope these remaining five go quickly, which I imagine they will!
Thanks, old friend!
John Russell.....finally back from Philmont yesterday!

Gary, Did anyone make Ford jokes this year at your day at the track ??? I heard that it was a little tense last year.

BTW, Texas Driving Experience can put your dealers behind the wheel in 2005 Mustangs and do a road course event.

Don,

We really had a great time. 40 some dealership F&I and Service Managers were there for the school and 30 Lap program. Then at the end we all took a 165 MPH ride for 4 or 5 laps in a group of 8 or 10 cars. What a rush this was. Driving and passing at 150 MPH was unbeleivable.

Ford went all out with dinner and cocktail party last night up in the Speedway Club then the event today with lunch, refreshments and a real cool Racing Jacket/Texas Speedway hats for all participates. Our National Extended Service Plan (ESP) Sales Manager was here to participate and he loved it. He's considering a National incentive with this being one of the rewards. He wants to do a 3 day reward event and I suggested we do the NASCAR School, Your drving school and a day of golf. We can put them all up at the Four Seasons in Las Colinas. One question he asked was, could be get the NASCARs rebadged to Fords? I'll see him in the am and tell him you could provide 2005 Mustangs for you school!

There were a couple of jokes about the GM products but mostly came from the group the the school organizers and/or drivers. They were really great!
