Braggin' Cards
I would appreciate some feedback on an idea I was encouraged to promote. They are called Braggin' Cards and feature pictures and information on cars for use at car shows or to show friends. I am in the business card industry and a friend asked me for a trading card which is 1/2" larger than a business card. I have put a website page on my companies website to show these and would like to get some input from you all on what you think. Pricing, concept, website features etc. The website is www.creativemktconcepts.com You will see a Braggin' Card link on the left hand side of the home page.
Any and all comments welcome. Thanks, Tom "Skilman" Coe |
I use a full size 8 1/2 x 11 sheet backprinted with pictures to describe my Cobra. People that are interested just take the sheet with them. Here is a link to the pic in my gallery ...

Warren, you must be a salesman of some sorts. You put so much syrup over that single page flier, I was swatting fly(s).
So, what does it cost to brag about my car??? Color trading cards with photo on one side and details on the other. |
Salesman ? ;) How about 32 years in marketing.
With 2 pages of syrup, it covers all items, especially things you tend to forget:rolleyes:  I like the idea of braggin cards, but why 1/2 inch larger than a business card. I say, make it business card sized, then it can be easily carried in your wallet. But if you have a man purse, ....    |
Warren, that looks more like a roadster than a coupe... :)

But the title and all the paperwork says COUPE, so who am I to argue with the Registry of Motor Vehicles here in MA ....   |

For a business, the braggin cards are really business cards. But for car owners, I do not think you could sell enough to make it profitable. I belong to a club and offered to make up business cards for every one of the members ... all they had to do was give me a digital picture and pay for the Avery business card stock (really cheap). I made up my own personal business card with my Cobra using Microsoft Publisher NOBODY was interested.  Sorry, but IMHO and $0.02 worth, its not something I would try to promote to the general public. Automotive businesses, yes ... just car owners not in business - no. |
Braggin' Cards!
Who needs stinking "Braggin" Cards". **)
Okay, I'll take that back. :D The Dallas Group should purchase a boat load of "Braggin' Cards". :p The way they buy and sell their Cobras, trying to out do each other. Talk about horse power, as soon as someone gets a big block, a bigger block surfaces. I'm surprised that you haven't got any takers from the Dallas Group. %/ |
