Austin Cobra Club August meet
Well, August is just upon us and need to post a date for our August meet. That would be the 11th, the 2nd Saturday of the month. With the weather lately it has been a challenge to get out for a drive as we all know. In any case, I would like to offer we try the Salt Lick/Driftwood drive one more time. Meet at the shopping center parking lot that is where Hwy 71 and FM 620 meet. If your on FM 620 heading into Bee Cave, you will run right smack into that shopping center. Sorry, don't know the name of it but it is pretty hard to miss.
If anyone has a better suggestion, please post accordingly. If we go with this one, let's meet at 10 AM sharp and leave by 10:20 so we can miss the lunch crowd line. Mike |

Turned on my sprinklers for the first time this summer today. This is a good sign for cobra weather (other than the heat). I am going to be out of town the August meeting date but I will catch you guys the following month.

OK Austin area Cobra affection ados....Saturday looks to be a good day without the you know what dropping on us!...I don't want to say the words just to keep from jinxing it.... Bring your SPF 50 and your Cobra apparel, oh, and the car too! Let's have some BBQ!
