Polisher and powder coater in Austin?

Any good ones in Austin? I remember there was a guy on 620 (Mike something) who did an awesome polishing job on a bunch of my Cobra engine parts, but he moved elsewhere in Austin and don't know where to find him.

Also looking for someone who can powder-coat swaybars, springs, etc.

Cheers,
-Neil.

Neil,
I don't know of any polishers in Austin but I have used these guys for powder before.

I remember Mike's Polishing off 620 near the dam, he did AWESOME work!! We do some powdercoating in house but we do have a place that has a HUGE oven and can basically powdercoat a car if need be. Haha Actually come to think about it I have 2 places I can refer you to if you want to give me a call. It depends what part of town you're in, I'll recomment the closest.

Laters,

Brian

I need this info for a friend in Austin who is finally taking the plunge with doing a significant buildup on his S197. Richard, thanks for the info.

Brian, wheras I appreciate the effort in providing this assistance, I unfortunately will not call you or Motion Dynamics as I am still bitter about the hack job that you guys did on my Mustang last year, and had to pay to get it back as I was leaving town the next morning... you'll remember it as the burgundy Fox coupe with the 4.6 32V motor. I'll do you the favor of not spreading the details on this forum.

Cheers,
-Neil.

Neil,
Sorry about that. I'm still new here (been here just over a month), I don't recall the vehicle but I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
