Im in town for business (without the cobra) but would love to see the car show. How far is this place from lewisville/irving area. I am staying off 114 at the Harvey suites by the airport. Working of 121 denton tap road.If it is less than an hour I wouldn't mind going over and checking it out.

Here's a map. At rush hour, it might be 45-60 minutes from where you are.
Hope to see you there!

Are there quite a few cars there? I really have nothinng to do so I will be there. I will look for your car.

I've never been. A couple of others have been and said it was fun, not sure how many cars.
Just thought with the nice weather, it'd be good to get out.

I'd come out if I didn't have other plans tonight. But, after promising the wife I would make shrimp and baked potatoes, I don't think I would be able to get back in the house when I got back home.

I'm still sorta unreliable :(

Miles .. do you have a note from your doctor? :D:D

I'm chasing a cooling problem right now. Have about 130 mi on the car as of tonight, but persistent running hot at about 220 deg. Should be about 185 deg.

But hey, I'm down to two drops of oil on the floor after each drive :D

But I'm gonna be able to do these things soon!!!

Hey...Here at Run 'n Gun. It's Test and Tune Day. The Coupe is runnin fast but I've been Black Flagged twice...dropping water/coolant on the track and once for a passing infraction (not my fault, the "Suddit defense..("some utha dude did it"). Having a blast and we wish more Texans could have made it! I'll post some pic.s later...got some good ones. Have fun at Fat Daddies. BTW, Steve and Miles...I hit 6500 RPM down the front straight and the speedometer read over 130 MPH...oh sh!t that first turn comes up fast!

I ended up getting halfway through my alternator install and got in over my electrical head (see All Cobra Talk and send help if you can) so I didn't make it.
Jeesh, it's just an alternator, you'd think I could do THAT. :o
