Don't tell the folks down at Texas DPS though; they might report your not-so-green-cobra-ownership to the folks back in MA. Teddy and Co might just revoke your right to carry. I was a die-hard LA Rams fan for a decade after moving to Texas, then just didn't care for another few years. I think the Jimmy Johnson era finally made me a Dallas homer. I don't have alot of faith, but I will be rooting for the home team. |
No egging on the house yet, but I've been wearing my Pats gear all week and weekend and boy have I been getting the "go to hell or WTF" looks. Giggle.
My following the Pats has waned a little since my little brother retired 2 years ago, but still know a lot of the guys on the team and pull for them. Just hoping for a good, clean game. Not 45-7 either way full of turnovers. |
Ok... I'm not a Pats or a Cowboys fan, but the officiating in this game couldn't be anymore onesided toward the Pats! Absolutely rediculous! If I made this many BAD calls in my job, I would be fired for sure!

Cowboys looked strong in the first half, penalties killed em. If you make mistakes the Pats will take full advantage.......

Penalties hurt the Boys.
Officiating hurt the Boys. Brady hurt the Boys. Wade hurt the Boys. 4th and goal on the 5, down by 14 with 6 min left and you kick a field goal? Makes it a 3 score game instead of a 2 score game. No matter, the Cowboys were beaten down by then. And I played Nick Folk as my kicker so 3 more points for me.... Did anyone else see Wade turn his back on Belichek after the game? Looked like Bill wanted to say something and Wade just turned away. I don't get the Pats going for a TD on 4th and goal with under a minute left. Just kneel on it. Seemed classless to me. Little suprise from Belichek. |
Belichek has always been a... "I'm going to run the score up," kind of guy. I too questioned that fieldgoal call. i mean, late in teh 3rd or early in the 4th quarter the boys went gfor it on 4th and 1 from their own 45yd line! then down 14 you kick a fieldgoal on 4th and goal? Horrible coaching! bad officiating seemed to go the pats way most of the time but the pats did get a call or 2.
One of the worst calls I seen in the game... #25 safety for the boys playing on the goal line.. playing the ball and gets absolutely run over by Moss whom he didn't even see coming. Then they call interference on the defensive man? Earlier in the game they called the same thing but the boys had hte ball and it was offensive interference? Double standards? the boys still would have lost, they looked beat up at the end of the game. |

I think the cowboys are a little over rated but they've got the possibilities to be as good as people think. they're just inconsistent. Both on the field and on the sidelines.
So, is Pittsburgh going to be the team to upset the pats win streak again? :P |
