Tulsa Hotel Filling Up Fast
I made my reservations for Tulsa 34th Mid America 2008 Shelby event earlier this week (Marroitt Southern Hills) and the lady said they are filling up fast so if you are even thinking about going you might want to call now. Dates are June 12-15, 2008 a week earlier this year!!! Guess the Boss nationals and some other clubs are holding events there next year. I'm sure it will also be a big Shelby GT500 gathering.........
Rates: $ 89.00 a night or $ 99.00 if you want to overlook the parking lot!

Glad you are coming Kristen. We are thinking about doing a little gathering of Cobras at LaFortune Park on Wednesday (about two miles away from the hotel so Steve won't get lost). Just a thought for now but we could reserve an area in the park if we don't wait to long.

Quantum Performance, the Authorized Shelby Autos Southwest Mod Shop(Farmers Branch) wil be there in force, with both Vintage and Late Model Shelby Cars...including a Super Snaked 2007 GT 500, a highly modded 2007 SGT, a polished aluminum CSX 4000 Cobra & a 1965 GT 350....plus???

hey, this might be a great time to open the patio and burn some red meat....without a wife, I think this is a great probability. Pool and All! what do you guys think? I would love to see about a million cobras parked outside my house! my neighbors would love it!

Reservations made about a month ago. If you give me the correct directions CLOIS, then maybe I'd make it....turn right, yeah right...it was LEFT!
Now....hmmmmm....which car to bring. So many decisions.

Well, sice they moved the dates up a week earlier I will not be able to make it now. I have a family vacation planned to disney that we already booked last month. Man, I'm really dissappointed now...:(
