(meaning, before divorce court???? :D :D :D ) are you painting, or putting up new paper??? ugh! I'm only dealing with an entire new front door (door, sidelights, transom, etc) and a beautiful NEW fridge/freezer!! Of which i have received neither, but have bought the fridge, but not yet the front door. i tell ya, it is always something!!!!! |

Thanks, but no thanks with these inflated home values. Texas is lagging behind both coasts, but the the values will drop significantly before this is all over.
