If you are planning to attend the Ford Meeting in Tulsa June 24th through June 28th, 2009...You should be already registered NOW! %/

Go to www.midamericafordmeet.com/ and reserve a room at the Southern Hills Marriott. There are only a few rooms left. You cannot book with the Marroitt directly, Mid-America has bought out the hotel and is selling "packages" that include all of the events. :(

A little clarification....Mid America is taking reservations for the EVENT ONLY. the only hotel reservations they are taking is for the HOLIDAY PACKAGES listed on the website which they make the reservations for you. General reservations will not be accepted at the hotel until after December

i just got an email from the Marriott, and evidently i booked for the wrong weekend. :mad:
I booked for the 3rd weekend (20th) and it is now the 4th??

I see by Larry's post he had it right, but when i made the reservation, and mentioned the 'shelby/ford meet' you would have thought someone would have caught it. So... the email from Marriott says the block of rooms is all sold out, but they can put me on the waiting list.'
yeah right. I guess i'll be out this year. oh well!!! :( :(

I guess my biggest gripe is that the Shelby meet has changed the traditional weekend. And, second, that when i booked, the reservationist didn't say it was actually the next weekend.

I'm posting this in case anyone else got caught with the wrong date.
