$#@&^% Rain!
Ok, enough is enough, almost a week of rain! I'll admit it, out of frustration I came home today and just sat in her then I opened "You Tube" to watch and listen to some Cobra's out on the curves killin some bugs.
If it clears up this weekend anyone wanna make a run to somewhere, anywhere, I just want to drive and make some noise! Richard |
I might be in. Looks like I won't be going to the fort worth cruising for a cure Saturday morning. There is another show Saturday night that is a good one if you are interested, it is put on by Christian Classic Cruisers and they usually draw 300-450 cars. A couple cobras show up.

You need to check with the Hurricane guys and find out where they are NOT going and then go there. It won't be raining. hehehe...Plano Balloon Fest, Addison Octoberfest, CVAR @TWS, Car Shows at www.SWAcarshow.com.,plus about a dozen more at http://www.hotrodhappenings.com/2009-September.html. It's about time for another cruise to Paris. I'm out of pocket this weekend..."Happy Wife, Happy Life" Get out and "drive them like you stole them!":LOL::LOL:

Please!!! Send the rain this way!!!
|
Keep it in Texas and send it to Austin! We finally got some measurable rain at our house last week. First rain in several months. Lake Travis is 50' down from pool level. More rain, please!

Richard,
Saturday looks like clouds but no rain Ann and I might be up for an early dinner run somewhere. I need to clean up the car and do an oil change but that shouldn’t be a problem. Gary |
What about a run up toward Paris and double back to Denison for lunch at Huck’s Catfish. We could even run up to Highport Marina or Gradpappy’s Point for some photo ops at the lake.

We received over seven inches of rain last week end in Waco - but we are still behind on the annual average. Looks like more forecast today - 50% chance.

Saturday run?
Guys, a friends wife passed since my first posting, I'll be tied up until 3:00---late ride and early dinner, maybe a run to check out the "Christian Classic Cruisers as CGSINCC suggested?
