15x10 American Racing with 5.5" BS on Jag rear?

Hi Guys,

I have been searching (with little luck) for anyone who is running or has run, 15x10 rims with 5.5 or greater BS on Jaguar Rear Hubs?

I have ordered my rims from American Racing and I need to run 0 offset for engineering requirements, however, I feel I may have stuffed up with my measurements. I neglected to take into consideration the hub fulcrum bearing boss and lower control arm (outer) mounting when measuring up for Backspace requirements etc.

Upon reflection and additional re-measuring I think the rim lip will be VERY close to rubbing on the hub!

Has anybody had any experience with this rim size/backspace combo on a Jag rear hub setup?

If so, where there any clearance issues and how did you deal with them?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,

Roy

Should be ok. just done 15 x10 with 5inch backspace with no worries so another 1/2 inch should be fine.

Cheers

Thanks BJ,

I did see your previous post regarding your new wheels. They look great:-)

5" BS was my preferred option however my engineer insisted on the 0 offset which equated to 5.5" :-(

Cheers Roy
