How do you get the spinner off...?

If they are pin drives you should use a lead mallet (about 6 lb.). Remember that the passenger side is probably reverse threaded. Also don't keep hitting the same spinner ear as you loosen them. Rotate the wheel to bring the ears into position to hit them.

Assuming they are pin drives, the spinners will rotate in the direction of the front of the car to come off. So the driver side remove by spinning them to the left (counter clockwise) and the passenger side to the right (clockwise).

If you mean PSE, just grab hold of it & pull it off. They're held on w/a pair of O rings. They're decorative spinners.

With the car parked with its rear facing a telephone pole, jack up the rear of the car so both wheels are off the ground. Carefully chain the bottom pointing ear of the spinner on each wheel to the telephone pole. Then, lightly gun the engine with the transmission in reverse gear. Both spinners will come right off.:cool:

I/m trying to off the lock. But are extremely hard to off. Inclusive I design special tool to try disamble the wheel, but are very, very hard. The otehr issue that I have is that my wheel are powder coated paint in black color and if I use the hammer I will damage the lock nut. Do you have any idea how can remove the lock from wheel. Thankjs |

I don't know if that brand of spinner hub wheel is any different than any other brand, but I used to get the spinners off my Superformance by just hitting them with a lead hammer. A little trick to keeping the spinners in great shape, and also keeping your hammer free of deep gouges, is to buy some vinyl tubing (Don't remember the specific ID) and cut it into about 4" or 5" lengths. Slide it over the spinner arm, and hit the vinyl instead of the steel or aluminum spinner itself. Works great, and each piece of vinyl lasts about 4 or 5 times before needing to be replaced with new.
