I have billboards that are about 6 years old, the usual cracking. I had one that started just this year to leak fairly quickly- I put slime tire sealant in and it seems to have fixed the leak.

Mine are about 3 years old, Car lives in a shed and only sees daylight when it comes out (not much in past 3 years) I have some minimal cracks and lose a couple Lb's air pressure over a few months.
The worst part is driving the first 10kls after sitting so long, until the rubber shifts and flat spots gone.
