Correct TKO Yoke Length
Got a new tko installed and in order for the drive shaft to fit the yoke's shaft is sticking out 1.5".... Is that OK?

2.75" in the trans without a body on it

So you have almost 3" of the yoke up inside the tailhousing? In my opinion, that's plenty....and if you have a solid axle car, the 1.5" that you have hanging out will help with axle movement.
