65 gt 350 4-speed
I have recently acquired an all aluminum t-10 4-speed for a 65 Shelby GT 350 Mustang...was that 4-speed also used in the early Cobras?

No, Mk1 and 2 cars were fitted with the full size Galaxie style T-10 but with aluminum cases. The Mustang style of T-10 hadn't showed up yet when the Cobras were first made.
