Bell Housing I.D./Value
 
Hi,I am a new member and was looking for help identifying a bell housing I have. I am Ford dealer and while rummaging through some old parts I came
across a box with a Cobra sticker on it.The part # is C40Z-6394-A and says
cobra scatter shield.The part itself has cast letters,wedge f2-3,cobra and NHRA
on it.It appears to have 5 mounting holes to the block.Thanks in advance for any info,Dann.

You have a very desirable aftermarket bellhousing that was sold through the Ford parts department. It's really cool that you found it in an old parts collection considering the c4 (1964) code. Five bolt is much harder to find then the six bolt pattern. I would value it at $1200-$2000.
