Well not exactly. We were informed by one of our loyal customers that we would be providing them with Tremec 3550's and TKO II's. We will now stock these units and can provide them and all of the accessories to anyone that wants to install one.

I am looking at your bell housing to tranny case and are you using nuts as spacers? Will you have a full face spacer for the FE to TKO II adapter? Clois |
Hello Clois,
The full face adapter for the Tremec is Part # 8607, if you use the the tilton internal hydraulic throw out you may need to hog out a small cornner of the internal ring for the hold down on the throw out. Used this part when I bolted the TKO to the Lakewood bell Housing on my427FE. It sets up the correct spacing for the snout ito the clutch/pressure plate etc. Tony R. |
That bellhousing is mounted to an engine stand and used to paint toploaders. The nuts hold the studs in place. The spacer for the Tko's is a full face aluminum piece.
