Toploader in Kirkham or Shelby 289
I am replacing the Tremec in my Hi-Tech FIA with a toploader ,and hopefully because the Toploader is more compact than the tremec, I am hoping that the trans tunnel will not require any modification. Does any one have any photos of a Toploader installed in an original 289, Kirkham 289 or CSX7000 with the trans tunnel off so that I can see where the shifter willbe and the height of the box in the car.

Thanks Ron, its just the kind of thing I am after, the Toploader looks lower than the Tremec, do you have a photo from the shifter side?
