Transmission is shaking HEEELPPP!!!

Hey guys hopefully you can help me with my problem. I have a tremec 3650 and the shifter seems to start shaking after 45mph. It's not the u joints I got those checked and it wasn't that. Could it be something in the tranny? Could it be the tranny mounts? Please help

Check tranny and engine mounts.

I am about to switch both tranny and motor mounts to polyurethane mounts. Could it be anything else?

Nothing that I can think of.....is the driveshaft balanced?

Does the motor vibrate at the same RPMs in neutral? Yes, it could also be the driveshaft. I've been dealing with this same issue on a Cleveland in a Mach 1. Looks like it's a balance problem in the engine in my case.
