gorrilla clutch pedal

Installed a 7/10 master cylinder to a 7/8 external slave cylinder on a toploader trans with a 10inch Ram finger clutch. I need to be a gorrilla to depress the pedal. I'm using a 65 mustang pedal assembly, with the original pivot points. The leverage is not there.

increase the hydraulic ratio

small blockhead 04-06-2009 08:06 PM

increase means smaller master. Correct?

Hi sbh,
What was wrong with the .7" master you replaced? The .875" would increase the effort (pedal pressure) and travel.

Slill have the 7/10 master, with the 7/8 slave. Started with the 7/8 master. forget about moving the pedal without cramping
