Speedometer Gear?
Does anyone know if the Speedometer gear that goes in a Tremic 3550 is the same as for the T5?

If you are referring to the driven gear on the end of the speedo cable I believe they are the same.

I think all the Tremec speedo gears are the same.

I just got a new one through the local Ford dealer. They are in the Ford Motorsports catalog.

i used the same gear drive from a 3550 to a t5 to a tko600. had to do some grinding for the 600 though.
