Who's going to the Gilboy Ford Annual Car Show?
I missed the Snakes Alive get together at Blockers due to mechanical failure. I should be up and running by the 26th. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.

i'm 3 miles from gilboy ford and i didn't hear or see of an event, is it advertised in your neck of the woods?
the 26th is a test and tune track day at numidia dragway 20 bucks and run all day.....gilboy ford is more of a VW dealer than a ford dealer anyway so i'm opting for numidia.... |
I have a flyer here that says there is a Lehigh Valley Region SAAC and Gilboy Ford Annual Car Show on Saturday, June 26th 2010. There are 25 catagories for awards. I got this flyer off of another thread if I remember correctly. If there isn't anything I sure would like to find out before I head up there. Anybody know anything? I spoke to a few guys about this event and the Blockers event, but unfortunately I missed the Snakes Alive cruise. :confused:

i heard about the blockers event thats a couple miles from me also, i did not attend either, i'll stop at gilboys parts dept on monday and ask. i'll post what i find out.

oh and by the way, where did you dig up a donovan big block.
i thought i was weird having a set of donovan valves in highriser heads.....lol |
FWB, I just got lucky....:D (although some may or may not think so). I am anxious to hear what you find out about the show on the 26th.

Yup, that is the one I have. Not any responses so not sure if it will be a group or not. I guess we'll see. I need to finish some engne maintenance on mine before this weekend so I can go.

If I don't get it done maybe I'll bring my drag car to Numidia, $20 all day that is nice.

nice is an understatement, i talked to the track and they will allow me to run my cobra all day, as fast as i want, i'm going to trailer my car, let me know if your coming we can hook up on the road and you can pretend to be with our car club, it may have additional perks i don't know yet...my email on my profile is current...

Well I got word yesterday that some of the work I was expecting to be completed will not be done in time. :( I will look into getting my temp license sent to me from Div. 1 a.s.a.p. for this weekend at Numidia.
