Tri State Pig Roast

We are thinking about having a pig roast at my place (Fairfield, NJ) in August, maybe the 10th or 17th. We have a guy that does pig roasts and handles cooking the 80 lb pig and cleaning up.

We would also have a keg, some wine, soda and water, salads, corn, dessert and coffee.

I have a large yard with an inground cement pond. Also I live on a dead end street and parking is plentiful and secure, if you bring your Cobra.

After some rough figures it looks like it would cost 20 bucks a head. Due to the committment to the pig guy we would require upfront money from attendees.

OK so how many of you would be interested and willing to part with the 20 bucks per person????

Am I losing my mind? Wasn't there about 6 replies to this thread as of yesterday?

Ollie,

The Tri State is a loose group of Cobra owners in the area. A few of us get together for weekend runs and some other stuff.
