How about an open track date at Pocono??

Pulling this off of the thread started by Cranky. Seems like several people were interested in running at Pocono.

All issues with the quality of Pocono vs. other tracks aside, how about picking one date when we can get as many Cobras together as possible? We can meet up there and run in the same group. Maybe we can get some newbies or people who are just curious and want to see what it is about join us. I'd suggest attending a PDA event. I plan to run at least 2 or 3 events this year, and would love to have Cobra company.

How about it?

Steve,

Sure...just pick a date that does not interfere with the Club Cranky Schedule.

If this is what it takes to get some of the other guys that don't want to travel, go....I'd make the trip.

Just make sure I get to stage behind Roscoe. %/ %/

Steve,
A few years back at Pocono a few Crankoids were Open tracking and a bunch of Cobras(show Cobras) showed up for some Noontime Hot Laps.I know Cobra guys know how to get to Pocono. All you have to do is to convince them that it's OK to go faster than 60mph while on the track.%/ %/

Good luck:3DSMILE:
