General Weber Questions

First post on board as non-Cobra owner but Weber user

Have Boss 302 in Mangusta with 4 IDA webers. Air flow is all tuned. 0-2300RPM no issues; 3500 RPM and higher awesome. 2400-3400 rpm quite a bit of popping. Given the Isky CAM below, does this make sense, or do I have jet issue:

High perf. Use/bracket racing. Lopey idle. 3000 stall. 1.5:1
compr. 3.90-4.11 axle ratio. Up to 800 CFM Carb. 3000-7000rpm cam

brk brk

Am building 427 so with 4 IDA Webers for GT40 mkII. Have gone thru various discussions on fuel pressure, but didn't see any in depth discussions on volume. With a fuel system architecture as below with the primary purpose of controlling pressure in Webers and recirculating fuel to tank for cooling and no vapor locks:

tank, 40 micron filter, pump, 10 micron filter, carbs,0-15 psi pressure gauge, 3-16 psi inline return line fuel regulator, back to tank

would a 140 gph pump be excessive? If so, what would be reaasonable volume to flow the entire circuit.

Thanx much
Mark
