Random popping and occasional sneezing

A couple of weeks ago I began to experience some popping from the driver side pipes while decelerating. This is a very few "Pops" not an entire series, maybe 2 or 3 while slowing down. Also a very few sneezes while at cruize of 30-40 mph under light load.
It makes me think there may be something floating around in the idle circuit of one cylinder of one of the 48's. Plugs are fresh.
Have not observed this before.
Thoughts? Ideas

Now Rick, I don't know shi* about Webers, but if this was any other carb on this forum the first thing you would look for would be a leak around the driver side primaries, maybe loose bolts or a gasket. Any chance that could hold true here?

Just another blind stab, hows the weather up there? I know we've had quite an odd year down here & I know webers can be sensitive to altitude & weather changes.

Rick,
I have found popping and sneezing to be a lean condition. I had that last week and found the #6 plug was pure white. Pulled the idle jet and found little chunk in the jet. Put a new fuel filter on and flushed the line. Should be good. Plug looks good now.

Rick,

What sort of air filters are you running?

No or insufficient filtration asks for air bleed or idle circuit blockages.

I'd take the lids off and see if any foreign material has entered the bowls.
