I starts to act up around 3500 RPM and seems to carry on up to 5000 RPM where I shift. Its a new motor so I havent been running it up to 6000RPM (yet). I am thinking a main jet change may fix this??

Gaining on it

Tony,

I'd up the venturi size first, 37 is a bit small for a 408, you need at least 40mm.

Thanks Gary,

I trust things are good in Brisbane, I was visiting several years ago on business. Used the Watercats to get around (visiting the pubs).. You have good beer down there...

The other day my wife was asking what I was going to do now that my Cobra is "done", my response was simple. Its not done, I have Webers.... I will look into uping the venturis but I have it running pretty well right now. I have an LM1, plan on hooking things up this weekend, gather some data and see where I am at. Make adjustments from there.

Again, thank you all for your suggestions

Tony Loz
