Emulsion tube explaination

I am looking to understand what exactly is meant by rich low end and lean high end on this picture.

I currently have the following Etubes on hand F7, F2, F11, F16.

I took the car out for a drive last night with the wide band and it is cuising at 14.7, idle is at 14 - 15.

Everything is fine up until 2300 rpm then it start to run lean 15-16.

I currently have the F7 emulsion tubes. According to the chart it seems I should go with a F8 tube but I dont really understand what is meant by low end and high end

Here is the chart

I really dont want to change idle holder and jet since it is perfect but here are the values

100 holder
60 jet

180 air corrector
F7 tube
160 main
00 bypass
