I'm in the process of buying a BDR from a gentleman in Prescott, Arizona and need a pre-purchase inspector ASAP. Does anyone know of a reliable person or company to contact?

sidepipes heatshields
 
My BDR side pipes are 3 1/4" going into a 3 7/8" muffler... will the "standard" heat shields that say 3 1/2" expand enough to fit mine?

10 year old Backdraft w/351W-spots on headers....
 
Got some brown spots on headers. Will not polish out, surface is smooth. Not sure how to improve finish. Any ideas of what went wrong or how to resolve with replacing with new ones.....

If its on the sidepipes (Stainless steel) Locktite Aluminum Brightener Jelly works great. (15% phosphoric acid) Brush on, leave set 20 min and rinse off with water. Sold just about everywhere.
