A womans shirt with a French cut and collar

Hi Folks,
We decided to turn the T-shirt stuff over to a real T-shirt guy this year who is bringing his own designs. The guy (some of you know him) who did the shirts for DVSF in the past is doing the WSCB T-shirts this year. He contacted me and wanted to do this, so I gave him the job. I'm hopeful and we'll see how it turns out. Thanks! |

Question:
Just wondering, have any of you by chance invited others up to attend the car show Saturday night as spectators? I gave a general headcount to the city, but after running a few small event ads and sending out a few flyers, along with a press release the Nugget is going to do, I'm not sure what kind of attention this whole WSCB thing could attract down in Victorian Square. Remember, WSCB has been a fairly private member-only gathering til the car show was added from last year's attendee requests... It would be interesting to hear from any of you who may have friends or referrals attending or just coming up for the day to check it out. We'll see what we get come on the afternoon/evening on May 20th. ???? |
Poster-Request Update:
..just picked up 30 posters for the list of ClubCobra members listed here who asked for them first. I ordered white protector tubes for your travel home, and will be writing your names on the outside of the tubes. We'll start with 2 max each to make it fair. Please find me up in the WSCB Corral around 6pm on Thursday just before the Track Day drivers meeting so I can go up to the WSCB store room and get them for you. Registration can reach my by walkie-talkie. I won't have time to chase everyone around to get them posters so I did a short run to get these to you. They are 18x20, $20 each. Oh, I have 8 posters and 5 hats from last year I'll be getting rid of those too. Once they are gone, they're gone. Remember, when others start asking where you got them "you preordered them" - okay! Thanks. |

Great! I too am hearing from varoius groups of 3-4 here and there coming up. Hopefully those who want to stay will be able to get a room. I think all the rooms close to the Corral are sold out now. Argh. |
The car show turned out really great. Already thinking about adding more time (and possibly moving street vendors down there) to the Saturday car show for next year since it turned out to be such a hit. All the cars lined up on both sides really looked great.
Thanks to everyone who participated. We filled up the whole Nugget areas and then some - didn't we! :D |
