SOLD: WSCB 2007 is FULL and LOCKED IN.
 

Folks, Thank You Very Much for your late interest in WSCB 2007 if you were not able to get registered in time before we filled up. Spots went pretty fast this year, and so did the discounted hotel block for registered attendees. We aplogize to those of you who may not be aware, but we submitted our final documents/filings/permits several weeks back and all payments and eposits and registrations for security detail are done, submitted. Please pass the word to others who may now be asking to attend.

NOTE:
1. WE FILLED UP AND HIT OUR LIMIT WELL BEFORE the APRIL 15th DEADLINE.
2. NO (SPOT BUYING) CANCEL-EXCHANGES-REFUNDS; PLEASE DON'T ASK.
3. NO LAST MINUTE INQUIRIES PLEASE. WE CAN'T RESOND TO ANY MORE.
4. NO EXCEPTIONS, NOT EVEN CLOSE FRIENDS WHO "FORGOT"; sorry.
5. HEADS UP: ID Badges/Tags will be heavly checked by Security.

Again, not to be harsh, but we've moved on well past the registration phase by now and need time to focus on remaining preparations with no time to respond or deal with last-minute inquiries from those who hit the snooze button this year. Looks like a few newbies snuck in and grabbed up a few veteran spots. Oh well, we sent out all those emails last Christmas, and again over New Years giving everyone a fair chance. Better luck next year :o

Where did you get the notion or impression that you are owed T-shirts?


It's good to know where these ideas or assumptions come from. The registration form requested you list sizes of T-shirts for driver and passenger in case the t-shirt vendor needed sizes for producing estimates for production. If you go to the WSCB website, the T-shirt vendor at SWB studios can provide you one. If you are inquring about something different, please send an email through the website to wscb@comcast.net. As you already know from the registration form, our deposits and funds are committed, and WSCB does not get refunds either. Thank You.

Gee Thanks, yes, I needed that this week.

Oh well, and those registered drivers who show up at check-in will surely be lightened up to recieve something much nicer than a T-shirt. It's all about those who actually make it to WSCB, and we'll see who figures out how to make it there. :D
