Area Alignment Shop

I think after 9 years my SPF probably needs an alignment, as the tires look like they are wearing on the inside a bit faster.

Can anyone recommend an area shop that can do a decent alignment and will take extra good care of the car?

Thalmann's in Northbrook. Many car forum's will tell you they are top-notch.
I took my ZO6 there last week and was impressed.

I used Waukegan Tire - They have a floor level Hunter and even let me drive it on and off the rack.

Thanks. Does anyone know the alignment specs for an SPF?

camber/caster

reasonable street specs would be;
1/2 to 1 degree negative camber
3 to 4 degrees positive caster

I have done a couple of FFR Cobras including my own on my Hunter S811 with DSP 600 cameras. The Hunter system will let you set Camber/Caster and toe to a 1/10th of a degree. Very easy to read video monitor make adjustments simple. I have found up to +5 on Caster and -.5 to-1 on Camber works great for the street. Easy to adjust to any set up. Let me know if I can Help out.
