I did get out late this morning. Hit the highway and had the raindrops hitting me. South still looked nice, so I headed that way only to realize that all the storm clouds were combining behind me rather than moving through. So I ended up stopping to put on the top and drove home in an absolute downpour. Luckily the lights and wipers worked just fine. Scary moment was the bridge northbound on I355 to the exit for I55. Made it home in one piece, but it was a little too much LAST and not much HOORAH for a last hoorah drive of the year.
