2004 Driving Season
Well guys, it is official. At 3:00pm Central Standard Time I finished my last drive of 2004 driving season and parked the Cobra in the garage for the last time (this year). Mother Nature was way too kind today providing us with temperatures in the mid 50's. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to take the cobra out for one last drive. Boy did the car run excellent with the crisp dry air feeding the carburetor. It's like the car knew this was the end and it wanted to perform.
Now I can't wait for the 2005 season to begin. Oh yeah, 2005 is just around the corner. If we are lucky, maybe tomorrow it will be nice enough to "Light'em up". HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
It's ALWAYS good to get in a drive in our Cobras! I am fortunate enough to live in SoCal, where the "driving season" is all year long, with brief interruptions for the occasional rainstorm !
