Outstanding WCCC Holiday Party!!

Wow, what a holiday party!! With terrific friends and great food, the WCCC holiday party was an outstanding success and the best holiday party ever. I was concerned Saturday’s twelve-inch snowfall would jeopardize party attendance, but Sunday’s cold but sunny afternoon provided relatively clear roads for long distance driving members. Venutis banquet room overflowed with WCCC club members’ spouses and families reminiscing 2004 driving adventures while plotting our 2005 road escapades. The room was filled with personal build progress reports; engine swaps discussions, and a genuine camaraderie/enthusiasm for our cobra passion. The food was plentiful, high calorie, and no one left hungry. (Note to myself: Start your diet today since the holiday season is officially over.)

I would like to personally thank everyone for making the WCCC holiday party a rousing success. From the party committee members, Rich, Fred, and Marty, Blas for his gift selection/unique gift-wrapping paper, and everyone else not mentioned that contributed their time. I’d also want to thank our spouses/families for tolerating our “little boys with big toys” syndrome and driving passion.

WCCC members really know how to party!!

I have received a few comment on the disk that was handed out.
Please note it is a "DVD" data disk not a "CD" data disk....
It should be accessable from a computers "DVD" player...not a computers "CD' player. The reason was I would have needed to write 105 Cd's (3 per person) to distribute all the photos. I can make a limited # of 3 CD disks sets availabe for people to copy and pass on to others...sorry for the confusion...

Don't be sorry, the disk is great and so was the party. It was great to see everyone again. The only problem was that it was to short. Thank you all for coming and making it such a good time.
