Getting Illinois registration.

Guys,

thanks for the responses to my last post, they were helpful.

I'm going to buy a Superformance that is listed on cobracountry.com. the thing of it is that the guy never registred the car (he lives in missouri). what he does have is: cert. of origin, and invoices for the engine and tranny. Is that enough? does anyone know how to make the car nice and legal in IL? every car I've ever had has had a valid VIN, that's easy, this one I'm not really usre where to start. I just know that if I show up at the DMV with those papers they will look at me like I'm crazy.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks, Noel

Here is a link to the illinois website with the info you will need. They use a superformance as an example!
