Hampshire Car Show
The 25th Anniversary Suds-N-Fun Rod Run is scheduled for 14 August 2005 in Hampshire IL., at Hampshire Park, which is right off of Main St. in the downtown area. The entry form I picked up states that last year there were over 600 hundred car entries, which will most likely be surpassed this year.
There is a $15 entry fee but you will receive a "koozie" cup and dash plaque. If you pre-enter by Aug. 1 you will also receive a "colorful event T-shirt. It has been several years since I have attended this show but they were always a great events in the past. I will try to attach an entry form, if it does not work I will need help to post it. You cannot post an attachment to CC.
As to posting to the WCCC website...it's easy...try it. After you type in all the info, before you submit it, put $1 in the slot for the floppy on your computer for the posting fee, or credit cards work well too. Call if you have a problem.... Perhaps a link to the registeration form online....? |

I took your suggestion and put money into the floppy disc drive and to get it posted faster, put in 5 dollars in change cause I dind't want to use a credit card online and wasn't sure if it would give change for a $50 bill. It didn't post yet but it smoked like Chris Damsch's tires, so I know it's on the way. Ralph |

I've been there the last five years or so. Some nice iron and fiberglass.
I'm in also Beautiful park (lots of oak trees and hills). Get there early or you'll be stuck in the sun. |

If you want to call him, actually there are two contact persons, one of them can fax you a form so you can enter before August 1st in order to get a free T-shirt besides the other stuff. Called steve. going to pick up apps at his house tonight. I'll digitize them and email them out to the club. You can mail them in. They must be at his house (with check) no later then Sunday Night if you want the T-Shirt.
