Snake and Eggs Saturday June 3rd
Plans are set to meet at the White Alps Restaurant in Lake Zurich Illinois on Saturday June 3rd at 7:30am. All WCCC members and guests are welcome! All colored cars are welcome! We will be leaving for Volo and the Shelby show by 8:45. White Alps is at 572 W. Main St. (Rt.22) just east of Rt. 12 Rand Rd. If coming north on Rand, turn right at Ela Rd. (Intersection prior to Rt.22) and then left onto Rt.22. Restaurant is about a 1/4 mile down on right just past State Farm Insurance Agent. White building with blue trim. Lots of construction in this area but shouldn't be to bad this time in the morning. Parking lot in good shape and we will have reserved area. Weather predicted to be perfect! See you Saturday!!!

We're not registered but we'll bring our registration with and do it "day-of" since we're too close to garruntee getting mail there and back in time. |
Would anyone like to meet me at the Hoffman Estates Menards on Higgins Road about a quarter mile east of Barrington Road this Saturday and caravan out to breakfast? (Same site as the Monday night Menards car show.) Reply to this e-mail thread if interested or call me on my cell phone.
I’d suggest leaving Menards by 6:45AM to ensure sufficient time for the drive. |

Guys,
Have fun at Volo. I will be hauling my car tomorrow morning over to the transmission shop that repaired my tranny. I want them to double check that everything to do with the bellhousing, clutch and pilot bearing are all dialed in properly to avoid a repeat of the transmission damage. If I get done early enough, I'll try to make it up there for a visit. Mark |
