LCS Weekend Plans?

I know it's still pretty early in the game, but I was wondering if there's some sort of itinerary for the LCS weekend. The wife and I are novice attendees of the June event and would appreciate input on things to do. There's only so much asphalt repaving and screaming engines that she'll endure before she's thinking "fine dinning". With downtown Columbus being 8 mile from the hotels, I'm also wondering if there's anything worthy of the short trip. Anyone ever defect from the pack to wander Columbus?

Bob, I think I heard of that place, it's like Marty's favorite place in Algonquin, where the waitresses run around naked, right! **) :D :D :D

Some good recommendations here. A good Italian joint is La Tovala on Dublin road. You can find them on the web. Nice views of the river as well. Hyde park, The Fish Market, Mitchell's, Morton's, Rigsbys... hard to go wrong. The Italian restaurant by the hotels is good but not spectacular. There are many many more but you would need to be more specific!

Edit... I forgot Trattoria Roma and the long time Columbus favorite, The Refectory. If she is a shopper take her to Ocean Club at Easton... she may not come home!
