With the weather looking good for Cobra's, and this weekend looking better than next, I would like to suggest that we all get together for the Ladies choice breakfast at Ritzy's Cafe. Ritzy's is conveniently located on the south side of Algonquin Road just a few blocks east of route 53. We can have a complete room to ourselves at Ritzy's for lots of visiting and cobra talk. Lots of parking in back and you will be able to see your cars from our room. If any of you girls have any other suggestions, please respond ASAP. Judy P. Come on out to Ritzy's for breakfast this Sunday at 9 am. We have an entire room just for the WCCC. This Sunday may will be some of the best weather we'll see all month. I was out last night, and man was it great to be driving the cobra again. Going to be drivng alot today and tomorrow taking advanage of the sunny and warm weather.

Ok, Ok, it seems a lot of you have other plans for this beautiful sunny and warm weekend, so were going to cancel the breakfast.

Hey why are you canceling? Mark and I just got the car off the trailer this afternoon, took it for a test drive, had a fuse blow, fixed it, took it out for another test drive, and now we are ready to show up for breakfast tomorrow. We will be at Ritzy's at 9:00. I realize it is cancelled, but I'm up for a drive and breakfast. If anyone else shows up to join us, great!

After the Snake and Eggs were cancelled yesterday, Sid set up a breakfast run in South Elgin. Pretty late notice,but 6 of us showed up anyway. Too bad we all couldn't get together.:(

A few of us did show up at Ritzy's.
I didn't check to see if it was cancelled since it was a beautiful morning. I thought more people would have the right foot itch. Had a good breakfast the food was actually pretty good. That's high praise coming from me. Maybe catch the rest of yus next time. |
Sorry for canceling, but all of those who responded said they couldn't make it and two had said they would try so we had to cancel the room that Ritzy's was holding for us. Next time please say if your coming.

Food was good and the coffee was hot!Sure was nice after the drive from Woodstock.
Went for another drive with Mark and Laura in that polished gem in tow.Those side roads between Huntley and Woodstock can be a real blast.Even better when the road heats up a bit. Till next time, Sten |
