Bob, don't tease Sid, he already feels bad that I had to put new training wheels on the car a few weeks ago. Man those Backdrafts need a lot of maintainence; maybe when they use 1984 rabbit strut cartridges, they at least should have bought new ones.
|
I'll probably meet yous guys up there at Culver's.
And yes I am still perpitrating a fraud with my Cobrette |
Arsenio, you can bring tools for Sid. & a spot to store his training wheels if he shows improvement.

What time are you leaving your house? I will ride down with you. Rich |
Guys,
Got to cancel attending tomorrow's QSL event. Have fun and be safe. |
Hey Rich I was thinking about 8:00 ish
You want to meet at my house? |
Ya Hey. As a member that lives in Madison I'm wondering what you figure your ETA is? I'd really enjoy meeting up with the gang. Also, some may want to take in the Good Guys show in town. Well in over 1000 cars showing up.

You're on 8:00 am @ your house |
Hey Guys
Wow What a great cruse |
Just want to thank everyone for a great day on the road.Great roads, food, and of course, great company! And of course,NO COBRA LEFT BEHIND!
Gonna have to do this again! Sten |
Hey Sten: I don't know about you but I am still trying to catch my breath from keeping up with the high HP crowd. I had to drop off from the "pack" to get some petrol and by the time I was back on the road I was in a bunch of the hot rod crowd coming back from the Goodguys event - some nice rides for sure. I figured out what my "rubbing" problem was, ride height dropped about 3/4" on the drivers rear side (no comments Wolfie) causing the body rub. The "fix-it" list is getting long. That was one fun run - thanks Fred.

Tim- I know what you're talking about!I was giving the squirrels under the hood an IV push of RED BULL and MOUNTAIN DEW to keep things interesting.Had a great time all the same.
Thanks everyone, Sten |
Thanks for coming up. Enjoyed visiting with the group. You all seem to have a great time and get along even on the road. Hope you guys have fuzz busters. That ride to Janesville was a blast, but right after we spit we ran into 2 county cops and 1 state cop. I know next time I'll start closer to the front of the pack as the spent fuel from 4-6 Cobras beat my eyeballs into submission. Great meeting you guys, hope to see you at future events.

Hey Pat when you're in a line of 10 or more rippin down the road,
a scuba mask will be advisable. |
