IL wiper question
I understand that I'll need wipers to pass inspection in IL (my car was titled out of stste w/o wipers) Some of the vendors for hot rods offer manual clip-on kits. Will that suffice? Also, do I need 2 blades or is a driver's blade enough?

I Attended A Class Administered By Our Local Country Law Department. What I Got Out Of The Class On Code Syas There Has To Be One Wiper In Fornt Of The Driver. The Is Mothing About The Passenger Side. Also, There Is A Fellow In Town That Bought An Ffr Out Of State And It Does Not Have Wipers. He Walkied Into The Sos Office With Title And Asked To Transfer It To The State Of Illinois. In And Out In Less That 30 Minutes. Pay Taxes, Paper Work And Home. He Does Plan On Installing Wiper(s) In The Near Future. Hope This Helps. Have A Great Day. Go Bears!

I bought Cobra used and it was titled in MO without wipers. Transfer went smooth, but I do worry about the day I get stopped by a cop. Until then RainX works great.
