Help from South Africa - Backdraft's Service has been great!
While I am still in the middle of resolving my minor (albeit frustrating issue). I have to tell you that I have been contacted off line by some BDR's Dealer's offering to help, Bill Littleton in particular without me ever asking for help from him.
More surprising, I just checked my private messages and my friends in South Africa just offered to lend a hand to resolve my issue. I was surprised to see the factory contacting me, well passed my warranty to assist. I hope the issue will be resolve soon, but I am more than a little impressed with all of the unsolicited offers to help. Everyone on this site has been helpful as well. I am grateful for everyone's insight and suggestions and didn't want to not say "thank you", so ... thank you! |
Tony and Bill have always been open to helping me out also. Great group of guys. I have had Tony call me personally from ZA to help answer questions. Great company and very glad I bought a BDR.
