WCCC membership email list
Directors:
I would like to update my WCCC membership email list. I would like to add the new people and remove those who have not paid 2009 dues. Please make available to the current membership (via emails not posting it on CC) a list reflecting the names and emails of the current WCCC membership. Thanks |

No I didn't. He is(was) the treasurer to my knowledge. Who's membership? Who's events?

Since Mark cashes the checks & keeps a record of the persons that sent one to him, this administration came to the conclusion that the list of paid persons was the same as the membership list. Hence, no one is "membership". The two events that are supported directly by the club treasury are the Holiday Party and the Picnic. The other events are scheduled as members (some of whom may also be directors) step up to be the "sponsor" or "organizer" or "coordinator" or "manager". The event then goes on the calendar on the Yahoo Groups site. Hence no "Director of Events".
Seems not to be working out for some. Well, in the words of our new "Great Leader": Elections have consequences. The field that was competing for these posiitions was absent last year. Only 81 more days to suffer. Less if someone wants to pay my 2010 dues for me. |

I can send out a paid list if that would help. I am not sure that I have all the updated email addresses in one place/database. As members paid their dues I communicated to the club Yahoo administrator to send out an invite to the member to sign them up and grant them access. The Yahoo group website would have the most current email addresses database. But I can't tell you off hand how to extract that information. You would need to direct that question to the Yahoo Administrator. Mark |
