In order to have a personal touch, I have inserted a piece a olive wood in the button and the shifter ball

Hi JWaring
The transmission is a classic T10 (from Tex Racing). You can be surprised by my special grid arrangement (to pull to lock the first gear). This design is not a personal choice but it is a consequence of my modification. In order to have a low shifter position with a long arm (at least long enough to have a soft change), it was necessary to return by 180° the arms in the box. By this way, it means that now the rods remain horizontal in lower position to be compliant with the lower shifter position. However, you have to pull instead of push the shifter to select the ratios.
